Our Lawyers

Our attractive and flexible working arrangements along with innovative methods enable us to attract the lawyers who fit perfectly with the JPP culture.

Working for JPP

JPP is honest, flexible and transparent with our clients and we extend that ethos to our team of lawyers, administration and marketing support.

Flexible working arrangements

We offer complete flexibility in our working arrangements. As a consultant solicitor you are free to work on other business interests or with other law firms.

What do we pay?

We operate on a generous fee sharing arrangement and the fee sharing split depends on whether the client is introduced by you or JPP. We also pay marketing fees to consultants who take initial calls with prospective clients introduced by JPP, these fees are payable regardless of the final outcome.

Support

JPP offers full management, marketing and administration support to all our consultants. We use simple and readily available technology to conduct meetings and to manage the business.
